Cottage Groove 2026. The Mission:
For 15 years, Kirkwood's biggest block party has brought together neighbors and friends to mix and mingle. This year we're trading pumpkins for Walthers, costumes for cover identities, and house wine for vodka martinis. Two bands. One street. A roomful of Bonds, Goldfingers, Octopussy's and Money Penny's. All in service of a very real cause: Neighbor in Need, Inc. — keeping our senior neighbors warm, safe, and at home.
Our gracious hosts
Neighbors behind the mission.
Brought to you by friends, neighbors, and local businesses. Thank you to all the families and sponsors recognized on our flyer.

Field Assignments
One Mission: Neighbor in Need
Every operation has a purpose beyond the glamour. Ours is Neighbor in Need, Inc. — a 100% volunteer-run outfit that has spent over twenty years keeping East Lake, Kirkwood, and Edgewood's senior neighbors safe, warm, and dry in their own homes. New roofs, furnaces, wheelchair ramps, rewired houses — critical repairs performed by licensed contractors at no cost to the homeowner. No fees. No red tape. Just neighbors, quietly doing what neighbors do. The tuxedos are the cover story. This is the assignment.
